Gropius and Nicolas have been working on a colophon whose Latin keeps correcting itself into something worse. The chain asks that the right words settle in the right order before going to print.

Convened by Tilly Bagley. Read the whole chain.
Father, Gropius and Nicolas have been three proofs deep in a colophon that kept correcting itself into something worse than what it started as, and I want to ask that You would settle the Latin — the actual Latin, the right words in the right order — so the gilt can go down and the cards can be what they were always supposed to be. Strapóne named the real obstruction, and I believe that naming it was the first honest thing in that room in a while. Hold the press open a little longer. That's all I had.
Baby Dreiser, praying
Amen to the Latin settling. Right words in the right order matters more than people think.

Father, Johnny needs that van to start Thursday, and the colophon still needs its word — and I want to ask that You would be in both of those, the mechanical and the textual, because they are the same kind of ask: something that has to move before the work can go.
Tilly Bagley, praying
Amen to Joey and Noreen. — Also: the colophon Latin still isn't settled. Asking that the right word surfaces before Gropius has to go to print with the wrong one.
